The Foundation - General Principles

1. Any amounts paid out by the Foundation shall be used exclusively towards the purposes agreed upon.

2. Any amendment to the project originally agreed upon, as well as the intervention of other co-financing partners, shall be communicated to Foundation Alta Mane as soon as possible. In case of significant changes regarding the nature of the project, its targets and the persons involved, the Foundation reserves its right to decide whether or not it confirms its participation in the project.

3. In all promotional material for the financed project/initiative, the beneficiary of a subsidy granted by Foundation Alta Mane shall indicate the name and logo of Foundation Alta Mane among the sponsors and/or partners, including the Internet by placing a link. The beneficiaries shall further send the Foundation appropriate documentation (fotos, video, etc.) to represent the event/project/initiative financed.

4. Foundation Alta Mane shall be entitled to publish the name and logo of the beneficiaries, as well as images and sound concerning the projects financed, in its own information materials, including the Internet, for documentation purposes only.

5. The beneficiaries of subsidies shall provide Foundation Alta Mane with regular information reports as well as with a final report and they have to supply appropriate financial statements to Foundation Alta Mane with respect to the actual use of the sums granted.

6. The payment of a subsidy/donation by Foundation Alta Mane shall not oblige the latter to make any further payment in the future, nor shall it produce any right and/or expectation of that kind by the beneficiary.

7. The laws of Switzerland shall be exclusively applicable, and the Court of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
