From 2006 to 2008 Fondation Alta Mane supported the Esagramma Centre in broadening its musical programmes and educational courses and, from 2008, it helped meet the cost of the project MULTI-COM: integrated musical, multimedia and cognitive interventions for children and young people with cognitive pathologies.

Founded in Milan in 1999, the Esagramma Centre offers a therapeutic and educational programme that is unique in Europe, based on musical education as a supportive and therapeutic tool for addressing psychological and mental disorders. The centre provides individual and group music therapy for young people with serious psychological and mental problems (autism, cognitive delay, child psychosis), a large symphonic orchestra comprising the young people and training for staff.
