In May 2009 Fondation Alta Mane helped fund the Working Sessions at the Hellerau European Center for the Contemporary Arts in Dresden, Germany, by covering the travel costs of 11 representatives of the RED Latin American Network of Art for Social Transformation.

The Working Sessions set out to promote intercultural dialogue on the importance of art for social development and the exchange of good practices between Latin America and Europe.
La RED Latin American Network of Art for Social Transformation was established in 2005 by 24 social and cultural organisations in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile and Peru using different artistic languages (dance, drama, music, circus arts, visual arts) to promote social integration, citizenship awareness and human rights. Other organisations from Uruguay and Central America have since also joined.[/fusion_tab][/fusion_tabs]
